Softly Blended Bevy of Balloons

Happy Friday! Today's another great example of how to use the New Balloon Layering Stencil that is included in the Bevy of Balloons Bundle! I've created a video tutorial to show oh to create a soft highlight to create more realistic balloons using Distress Inks.
