The Purr-Snickety Crew Mug Shots

There’s just something about these grumpy little felines from the new The Purr-snickety Crew stamp set that screams “troublemaker lineup!”
While sitting at work, inspiration struck and I immediately thought of the iconic Reservoir Dogs lineup scene… but with cats. Because honestly? These fluffy suspects look VERY guilty of knocking plants off shelves, stealing treats, and plotting chaos at 3am.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Stamp the kitty line up and color them. I opted to fussy cut, but if you get the SVG Digital Cut File, you can easily cut and stamp a bunch of them!
Step 2: Google "mug-shot background" and find a background you like. I used my Cricut to size it up for an A2 sized card and printed it there. Use Black Soot Distress Ink to add some grunge to the edges.
Step 3: Trim grey cardstock about about 3/4" x 5.25" and add a Black Soot Distress Ink to the top part and adhere to the mug-shot background. Using that same Black Soot Distress with a little water, make some splatters on the background.
Step 4: Using foam tape, adhere the suspicious cats to your card front.
Step 5: Stamp the "SHOTS" stamp from the Shots! Shots! Shots" stamp set using VersaFine ink and make sure to let it dry.
Step 6: Trim black cardstock to 5 3/8" x 4 1/8". Before adhering to a white card base, die cut letters "m-u-g" from a vintage type font (if you have one) or use something you have.
Step 7: Now, stick down the cut black cardstock onto the card base. Adhere the card front on top of that. Lastly, adhere the M-U-G letters above the stamped "SHOTS!"

It's it fun to create something from a random idea? This idea would work great with the new Lovebirds & Oddballs so grab your favorites and get creative!
