It's August and this new release is sizzling like the sun! Hi everyone, it's Julissa here sharing another fun card using the Cool Chick stamp set from the latest release! These tropical birds totally made me feel like I needed to be on an island. So This box card gets me as close as I can to the beach.
For this card, I stamped a bunch of images and colored them in. I used my Scan 'N Cut to cut them all out. I also stamped the sentiments on clouds and a piece of craft paper. So, I'd love to tell you how I did it, but I kind of winged it... pun not intended! LOL. I was totally trying to make a card that would flatten to fit into an A2 size envelope, but it was late and I just starting cutting and scoring and well, It's an A2 size card, but it doesn't lay flat and if it did lay flat, it would be too wide for the envelope. 🤦🏽♀️
What I can tell you is that there are a lot of resources that I totally should have looked before hand, but in the end... I think it looks really cute and I can make a box for it, when I give it to a friend!
