Go Fly a Kite with Marci

Hi crafty friends! Today I'm sharing the latest release by Club La-La Land Crafts. This month's Club Kit is all about having outdoor fun! Marci is rollin' in with roller skates and her little raccoon friends are having fun too!

Let's start with this fun fold card. Marci skates up to you when you fold this card a bit and makes a perfect stand up card. I was inspired by the colors of the Starry Night Patterned paper to color Marci's outfit. I opted to leave the die cuts white so that the patterned paper and Marci where the highlight of this card.

These dies are so versatile and they can create a scene, just like this here. Loving the Houses Die as it would be great for any season and can be layered to create a whole town. The Park Die instantly gives out a fun outdoor vibe on every card.

How about another fun fold card? This A2 sized card becomes really tall when you let this kite fly high. This cute little raccoon is enjoying a sunny day with with a fun breeze.

For this card, I kept the colors neutral and drew in a string that goes all the way up the card. I complimented the colors with the cute patterned paper from Hello Life Patterned Paper Pack.

Are you ready to get carried away with Marci and this cute little raccoons? Head over to La-La Land Crafts to see this latest kit as well as lots of other awesome crafty items! And...

Don't forget to hit up the clearance section for amazing deals on stamps, dies and papers!

If you have any questions about these two fun-fold cards, feel free to leave me a message and I'll get back to you. Until next time...

Happy Crafting!

It would be extremely nice and helpful if you all would put cutting and folding instructions for these cute little fun fold cards! Thanks for sharing, though.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Sometimes I kind of make it up as I create and just don't have enough time to write down all of the measurements. But I'll try to find links for tutorials. Here's a video for the z-fold card: And this is another video for the other fun-fold card: I hope that helps!
