Hey Crafty Friends! Today I'm sharing a fun way to create a not so typical Valentine's Day card with some Unity dies and the adorable new No Fun Without You stamp set!
For this card, the following supplies were used:
Copic Markers:
Tigger: E43, E42, E41 & YR21
Grass: YG61
Flower & Bees: Y13 & B0000
Distress Inks: Speckled Egg & Antique Linen
I started by die cutting the large scalloped rectangle and the stitched rectangle out of ivory card stock. Next, die cut the 2nd largest stitched heart die in the upper center of the stitched die cut piece. Remove the heart and now center the two rectangles.
Place pieces in your Misti lined up as you would place them on the card and lay out where your image will be. Once lined to your liking, remove the top later and stamp the image with Copic friendly ink the scalloped rectangle. Color it in and use the Speckled Egg Distress Ink to create clouds in the background and the scalloped edge. Using the Antique Linen Distress Ink, ink the edge of the stitched rectangle and adhere to the scalloped rectangle making sure that Tigger is placed too show in the heart. Last, stamp the sentiment.
This is a soft and sweet Valentine or just a card to show some vintage love. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you found some inspiration.
Happy Crafting!
