Let's wish the greatest friend on Earth a happy birthday with this cute circus themed card. Happy Saturday, everyone! It's Julissa here again to share this fun combo of the "You Are the Greatest" stamp set and "Awesome Stars" stencil.
By using Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide on navy card stock, the stars come alive! I used an oval die to cut the ground in a beige and added some Vintage Photo Distress ink to the bottom to give the ground some depth.
To make the spotlight, I used masking tape in the shape of a tight triangle and used the other half of the rounded off beige paper and applied white pigment ink. This allowed you to still see the stars from the background, but gave it a distant look. You can also do this with velum.
